But we’re also looking forward to the race for City Council that’s about to ensue. McDermott told the TAB this week expects six to seven “solid candidates” to step up to the plate and that the race will likely “get the juices flowing in Allston-Brighton.”
We’re looking forward to some healthy debate about the issues that matter most to A-B and we’re confident, with this much interest in the position, that A-B will likely find another passionate advocate in City Council.
This is a weblog related to community activities going on in Brighton, MA, one of the neighborhoods of Boston. Ours is a large and diverse community including many long-term residents, recent immigrants, and students attending the local universities.
