Archdiocese to Sell All But One Brighton Building to Boston College

The Boston Globe reported today that the Archdiocese of Boston will sell all but one building, "St. John’s Seminary," to Boston College for $65 million. I'm guessing again that the news story refers to the Archdiocese keeping "St. John's Hall" while selling "Bishop Peterson Hall." They expect to complete the sale by August 1, 2007, but the Archdiocese offices would not be moved completely to Braintree until July 2008.
