Students John Sherman, 18, of Pasadena, Calif. and Daniel Carr, 19, of Brooklyn N.Y., were both charged with trafficking cocaine over 14 grams, distribution of a Class C drug, and possession to distribute a Class D drug.Might I suggest a bit stronger punishment for such alleged extracurricular activities?
Sherman and Carr were arrested Feb. 14 by Boston College Police.

Two BC Undergraduates Indicted on Drug Trafficking Charges
Two Boston College students were recently indicted after BC Police allegedly found cocaine (19.5 g), marijuana, and mushrooms in their dorm room on Valentine's Day, according to a report in the Allston-Brighton TAB. A third man, Zack Taylor, was not indicted and is not a student at BC, although his case is still open with the Newton District Court.

They were kicked out of the school. What else do you want? Death penalty?
Suspension means they can return in six months or a year (or whenever BC decides to consider their re-admission). An indictment on cocaine trafficking seems like a reasonable cause for outright expulsion, not suspension.
